Training Champions for Life
JCPAL remains dedicated to helping young people improve focus, develop essential life skills, reinforce high-standard values, and establish a path toward excellence. We envision an organization that encompasses diverse activities, operates year-round, and works hand-in-hand with the community and the city to prepare our children for the biggest game of all… LIFE.
Impact
For over 45 years, the Jersey City Police Athletic League has empowered youth through mentorship, education, athletics, leadership development, and community engagement. Established in 1978 and operating as a nonprofit since 1989, JCPAL continues to provide safe, positive, and life-changing opportunities for young people throughout Jersey City.

JCPAL Directors
A lifelong Jersey City advocate, Elvis built JCPAL from a neighborhood program into a citywide movement, mentoring thousands of young people along the way.
